- I have selected the "Enhanced Search" option but I am still seeing the "Classic" search screen.
Older Blackberry devices cannot properly display certain features of the Enhanced Search Filters.
The system checks for this and, if necessary, will revert the user to the more direct Classic Search mode.
- What are the differences between the different surgery statuses? (Pending, Completed, Closed)
A Pending Surgery is one that has been scheduled, but has not yet happened. While a surgery is listed as Pending, changes can be made to the surgery details and inventory. Please note that a surgery that is scheduled for a specific day but does not have a specific time set will stay Pending until the end of the day (unless manually set to Completed.)
A Completed Surgery is one that the surgery time has elapsed, but the proper post-surgery information and/or paperwork (for example, a DER) has not been done yet.
A Closed Surgery is where the surgery time has elapsed and the necessary post-surgery tasks have been completed. Once a surgery is in this mode, it is locked from further changes to its details and inventory.
- What are the differences in the User Levels?
There are four User Levels in the system: User, Power, Super, and Admin.
Users are sales people associated with a given sales team. While they can adjust surgery details, they cannot enter new surgeries. Users can only see surgeries that have been assigned to their sales team.
Power Users are office staff who may schedule surgeries and have the ability to view all surgeries for their location.
Super Users are sales supervisors who are able to see all surgeries in any location.
Admin Users are responsible for personnel and managing the website.
