FEATURE 1: CONTENT MANAGEMENT

Content management pages drive the entire DFY Solution. Admin users can control content on all pages; organize the structure of the pages; and manage the infrastructure of scheduling, e.g., inventory, surgeons and facilities, sales teams, etc.

Training time on the software is short due to the content management system and the overall grace of the program interface, thus allowing for locations to quickly become self-managing.

FEATURE 2: CUSTOMIZED LOOK/FEEL

The software is designed to run as quickly as possible. Every detail of the development was scrutinized to assure rapid-fire response for remote sales representatives. We can claim exceptionally high speed returns, even when the system is managing massive amounts of data.

The software easily supports differing looks/logos for varying distributors. Although the core code is consistent, it can be customized for individual offices.

FEATURE 3: DATA MANAGEMENT FOR EMPLOYEES, SURGEONS, FACILITIES, ETC.

As the website is database driven, it allows Human Resources personnel to administer all employee information and sales teams; sales representatives to control their entire surgeon pool; and the distributorship, as a whole, to manage the connection with their comprehensive sales territory.

FEATURE 4: DATE SECURITY/INTEGRITY

The system uses a proprietary incremental system that allows for updates to be sent to a remote mirror database every ten minutes.

FEATURE 5: DER: CONNECTING ALL ELEMENTS TO A GIVEN SURGERY

We are already sending DER reports to DePuy electronically. The strength in our software lies in readily tying all elements of any given surgery - the details; inventory items; a history of all changes to the surgery; all forms, etc. - together. This proves immensely useful over time, especially when volume is high.

FEATURE 6: INVENTORY ORDERING

Our system offers the ability for sales representatives to enter inventory selections the moment the surgery is scheduled (they are notified by email). Our inventory selection screens allow for quick access, from a cell phone or mobile device, and the ability to either choose inventory manually or to pick dynamic orders generated and displayed from the database. Selecting inventory requires three mouse clicks and thirty seconds per case.

FEATURE 7: MOBILE DEVICE SUPPORT

Our product currently supports all mobile devices. More, integrated features enable sales representative to customize their screens in order to accommodate any given device.

FEATURE 8: MEETING OFFICE NEEDS (AN INTRANET)

The software allows announcements to be posted to all employees; HR forms to be completed and submitted; grants to be processed within the organization before heading to DePuy; links to be organized and customized; and a built-in, also customizable, feedback form - so employees can always tell you what is working, or not.

FEATURE 9: POWERFUL SEARCHING

The system allows for easy, quick searches through employees, surgeons, and all scheduled surgeries.

More, searches can be tailored to each user, even named and saved. With this feature users can adjust the system to quickly give them the data that they want, exactly.

FEATURE 10: USER LEVELS: CONTROLLING WHO SEES WHAT

Within the software, data integrity is critical. As such, locations are treated as separate entities within the distributorship. In addition, the following privileges are offered:

USERS - sales people who are associated with given sales teams
POWER USERS - office staff who schedule surgeries and see all surgeries for their location
SUPER USERS - sales supervisors who are able to see surgeries in all locations
ADMIN USERS - users responsible for personnel and managing the website
